You're heading back to school, wine school that is. During this two-hour experience you will embark on a journey that will change how you see, taste and appreciate wine. You will gain an understanding of wine and how this region is changing the world of wine. You'll discover how your senses are key to mastering the techniques used to appreciate the nuances in wine. Finally, learn a few helpful tips and guidelines that will make wine and food pairing a breeze.
Bookings must be made at least one month in advance.
Minimum number must be reached for any offsite classes.
Experience can be taken off-site to better fit the needs of the group.
