By submitting your events, you’re helping us showcase the vibrant, diverse, and unforgettable experiences that make Greater Green Bay beyond legendary. Whether it’s a community festival, live music, a local tasting, or something totally unique, your event deserves to be seen—and we’re here to help make that happen. The Discover Green Bay events page is open to current partners. If you are not a partner and would still like to submit an event, click here to access the form. Event organizers will be billed $75 per event listing approved for the Discover Green Bay events calendar.
Please review the event submission regulations below carefully. Events that do not meet the set criteria will be declined from appearing on the event calendar. Events are reviewed by the Discover Green Bay team twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Upon event approval it can take up to one business day to appear on the live site.
Event Submission Guidelines and Regulations
We want to ensure that the Discover Green Bay event calendar is current, vibrant, and meets the needs of people exploring our community. Please note that your event will go through an approval process before it is posted. The approval criteria are below.Unfortunately, we cannot accept every event in Green Bay, especially those that are not appropriate or relevant for visitors. Please review the below carefully. If you have any questions about your event and its eligibility to be listed on the Discover Green Bay event calendar, please get in touch with our partnership team at partners@greenbay.com.
Discover Green Bay reserves the right to accept or reject calendar listings. Calendar listings should appeal to the general public and meet the following criteria:
- The event promotes the Greater Green Bay Area as a destination and draws out-of-town visitors.
- The event is travel and tourism-related and appeals to visitors from outside the area.
- Events must be held in the Greater Green Bay area (Brown County or Algoma).
What generally does NOT qualify to submit as a tourism event?
- Events closed to any segment of the general public for any reason
- Family or class reunions, church functions, book club meetings, etc.
- Retail sales and yard sales not associated with a special tourism event
- Regular business operations (e.g., weekly trivia, daily specials, happy hours, regular tours, etc.)
- Pageants, other than statewide or regional pageants
- Events with adult themes, divisive language, inappropriate tones, or graphic images, as determined by the Discover Green Bay team.
- Political rallies or political events
- Summer camp schedules
- Civic club and community meetings
- High school sporting events
- Conference dates
- Graduations
Fundraisers or charitable events that appeal to people outside the local community and draw visitors may be considered.
Please note that we ask events to be submitted no later than 10 business days before the event's start to ensure maximum visibility on the site.
The listing may be edited. All events submitted will be kept on file for our records. Please verify that your event is not already listed on your calendar before submitting. If you have submitted this event in the past, you can add it again quickly in the partner portal! Just long in and go to your events. You can duplicate the event and change information for the upcoming iteration of the event! Questions may be directed to our partnership team at partners@greenbay.com.
