Astor House Bed & Breakfast
Each year, the historic Astor House in downtown Green Bay welcomes hundreds of new and returning guests, people who have discovered the comfort, convenience, value and warm hospitality of the bed and breakfast. The Astor House was built in 1888, and began operation as a bed & breakfast in 1994. The restoration of the home received the Mayor’s Award in 1994 and it has been featured in many television reports, newspaper stories, magazine articles and Bed & Breakfast guidebooks.
The five distinctively decorated rooms were created to cater to your comfort and convenience. Each room has a spacious private bath. Four of the rooms feature double whirlpool tubs, and most rooms have a gas fireplace. All rooms have cable television, DVD player, small refrigerator, and air conditioning. The Astor House is equipped with free WiFi. Other amenities you will enjoy at the bed and breakfast include Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, My Pillow® pillows, garage parking (based on availability), wine glasses and corkscrew.
After a great night’s sleep choose a delightful “continental plus” breakfast served to you in either the parlor or delivered to your door. Breakfast includes a prepared fruit item, a muffin or bagel, or a filled specialty bread that changes from day to day. The freshly brewed coffee is obtained from area roasters, bought in small batches to assure freshness. If you love good coffee, whether regular or decaf, you will be glad that you decided to stay at the Astor House.
