Bay Area Yoga Center
Bay Area Yoga Center is another local staple when it comes to yoga. Founder Kathleen (Kat) Kelly has been teaching yoga, meditation, and movement for over 35 years, so you know you’re in good hands when you’re with her. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes are offered each week, and you can also find some outside-the-box options, like Aerial Yoga!

The Yoga Loft has two locations just north of Green Bay. Again, you are going to find a range of options on their schedule to suit your needs. Feeling like you need a boost of energy? Try their early morning “Rock 'n Flow” yoga class! Looking for more of a calming experience? Sign up for a “Gentle & Restorative” class! They also offer hot yoga at their Suamico location.
Unalome Studio
Ariana (Ari) Orozco is the founder of Unalome Studio, which is located inside the Bellin Building in Downtown Green Bay. Ari offers small group yoga classes in the studio, as well as seasonal outdoor classes (both sunrise and sunset). All of the in-studio classes are either warm or hot, so be sure to check the class descriptions to make sure you come prepared!
Flow Yoga Studio
Flow Yoga Studio provides small- to medium-sized yoga classes. Their experienced instructors are attentive and will provide hands-on adjustments as needed to ensure you’re staying safe and practicing proper form. They also offer a free 9 a.m. class on Saturdays for Military Members and Veterans and offer a Sound Bath Experience every third Saturday at 1 p.m. This weekend they are hosting a new pop-up class - see all the information here!
