We have written a few blog posts recently about popular meeting spaces and meeting itineraries in Green Bay. That’s because hosting meetings is one of our favorite things! It allows us to show a whole bunch of new people what makes our city “beyond legendary” and give them an experience to remember for years to come.
This time, we wanted to talk about some meeting spaces that are a little more unique. Instead of highlighting our amazing conference centers or the banquet rooms at our most popular hotels, we wanted to talk about some non-traditional venues that are sure to impress even the most seasoned meeting-goers on your invite list.
The Terrace at Marina Circle
For a meeting with a view, consider hosting your event at The Terrace at Marina Circle. Situated right on the Fox River, this gorgeous new venue features floor to ceiling windows, a large 2,000 square foot rooftop terrace, and modern decor throughout. The venue can comfortably hold 200-225 people and includes parking for 140 vehicles at no extra charge. Your guests will enjoy the convenience, and you'll enjoy a stress-free hosting experience.
Gather on Broadway
Gather on Broadway is a charming venue that combines historic architecture with modern amenities. Located right in the heart of downtown, this 5,500+ square foot space offers customizable layouts, making it ideal for workshops, team-building sessions, or open-concept meetings. One huge advantage of choosing Gather is their delicious in-house catering. Their customizable menus ensure that you can offer something to suit every taste and dietary need.
Olde 41
Looking for a unique venue with rustic charm? Olde 41 is the place for you. This popular event space is located above the Vandervest Harley-Davidson Dealership and features a wooden cathedral arched beamed ceiling in the main banquet hall, a double-sided stone fireplace, and an outdoor patio area that overlooks Duck Creek. Olde 41 has flexible seating accommodations for up to 300 guests and an event coordinator on staff to assist you every step of the way.

The Automobile Gallery
Imagine your attendees mingling and sharing ideas surrounded by a stunning collection of historic cars. You can make your meeting extra memorable by hosting it at The Automobile Gallery. They offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, including a tiered-floor dining space, outdoor veranda, and upscale bar facility. Their flexible spaces are perfect for all kinds of meetings and conferences, and they can also offer banquet seating for up to 180 people.
National Railroad Museum
Sticking with the transportation theme, you can add a little bit of locomotive history to your meeting by hosting it at the National Railroad Museum. Learn about the rich history of America’s railroads while hosting a productive meeting in one of their many unique spaces. Whether you need a small boardroom for a breakout session or a larger venue for a conference, the National Railroad Museum can make it happen!
The Nest
For smaller gatherings, we highly recommend The Nest Cowork + Club. This innovative downtown coworking space is gorgeously decorated and equipped with all of the latest technology and amenities. The open-concept 2,000+ square foot venue can accommodate up to 100 people and is customizable to suit your needs. Plus, there are no restrictions and no minimums. Their fees are straightforward, and you can bring in your own food and beverages!
