There’s something extra special about a meal made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. In Green Bay, we are lucky to have so many great restaurants focused on creating dishes with a true farm-to-table philosophy.

From super cozy brunch spots to upscale dining experiences, we’ve gathered some of our favorite farm-to-table restaurants in the Greater Green Bay area to share with you!

Iron Duck

Iron Duck (located in Howard) is all about creativity and community. Their menu changes frequently based on what’s in season and available locally, so you’ll always have a new favorite to discover. Some of our favorite things to order there are the house-made pasta, bruschetta, and any of their veggie-forward dishes. Oh, and don’t forget to order one of their signature cocktails. We are loving the Nectarine Spice Boulevardier right now!

Savour on Broadway

Savour on Broadway

Located inside the Mulva Cultural Center in De Pere, Savour on Broadway is a full-service restaurant with a commitment to local sourcing. Their mission is to offer an elevated experience at an accessible price, and they are definitely accomplishing that. One look at the menu and you’ll see plenty of options utilizing local and regional produce, dairy, and meats. For example, the Smoked Trout Stuffed Mushrooms feature Rushing Waters smoked trout, local cream

cheese, and Badger Gro microgreens. It’s definitely worth a try next time you visit.

Oakley’s

Oakleys

If you're a brunch enthusiast (and honestly, who isn’t?) Oakley’s is a must-try. This charming spot has become a go-to for elevated breakfast and lunch plates with a local twist. From freshly baked biscuits and gravy to seasonal veggie hashes and curated coffee drinks, Oakley’s brings your favorite comfort foods to the next level. And, their commitment to working with local farmers and producers means every bite is packed with the freshest flavor possible!

Voyageur’s Bakehouse

Voyageurs Bakehouse

This beloved downtown Green Bay bakery and café is more than just a place to grab a pastry or a loaf of bread. They recently expanded into a much larger space inside the RailYard Innovation Building and are now serving a full brunch menu. Since the beginning, they have been using locally milled flour, seasonal produce, and Midwest dairy to create their mouthwatering baked treats, sandwiches, and breads. Plus, they also have a small market section where you can buy “grab and go” local cheeses, sandwich spreads, eggs, and more!

Generations Bistro & Marketplace

This place is a true hidden gem, but we don’t want to keep it hidden any longer. Tucked inside Weiler Academy Wellness and Spa is Generations Bistro & Marketplace. It’s the perfect spot to grab a wholesome lunch (think grain bowls, soups, and grilled sandwiches), cool off with a fresh-squeezed juice or smoothie, and stock your pantry with treasures from your favorite local farmers and vendors. It’s a true community hub built around supporting local food and makers!

The Farmacy

the farmacy

The Farmacy is a quick, grab-and-go eatery with options for everyone! Their goal is to combine delicious, convenient, and personalized nutrition so everyone has access to nourishing, clean options. Their customizable menu allows you to make a meal that meets your needs and satisfies your cravings. Build your own bowl, protein plate, or quesadilla with the dozens of options they have available, or order one of Chef Lauren’s creations! You won’t be disappointed.

Cedar & Sage Grill House

Cedar and Sage

Cedar & Sage Grill House is located inside the Oneida Hotel, and this place takes farm-to-table very seriously. Their menu features local meats, freshwater fish, produce, and dairy products, with an intentional focus on bringing out each ingredient’s natural goodness. Many of the dishes are modern takes on traditional Oneida Nation staples, like their Oneida White Corn Bread topped with Oneida sage apple butter. Throughout the rest of the menu, you’ll see fish from Fortune Fish & Gourmet in nearby New Berlin and cheese from BelGioioso in Green Bay.
