The 2024-25 season may be over for the Green and Gold, but that doesn’t mean you have to put away your team spirit until next fall. Especially with the 2025 Draft coming up at the end of April — there’s all the more reason to show your love for Green Bay and the team that makes this city such a great place to live and visit.

Sure, we could write a love song or paint a mural, but we prefer to profess our love via tasty food and beverages. It should come as no surprise that restaurant and bar owners all over Green Bay have named many after the team or otherwise honored the Pack on their menu. This blog is a list of some of our must-try “green and gold” recommendations around town. As always, be sure to tell us what we missed over on our social media channels!

Packer Backer Maki Roll at Koko Sushi Bar & Lounge

Koko Sushi Bar & Lounge has a few specialty maki rolls on their menu named after the team, but the Packer Backer roll has to be our favorite. It features grilled salmon, mango, avocado, cucumber, soy paper, and miso ginger sauce. It’s so well-balanced and so fresh. If you’re still hungry, you should also order the Lombardi roll, which features Panko-crusted escolar maki, soy paper, pickle, and house-made tartar.

The Tailgate Burger at Al’s Hamburger

Al's Hamburger has been open since 1934, which means they’ve been serving some of the best burgers and milkshakes for over 90 years. If you want a Packer experience, we recommend stopping by to order one of their Tailgate Burgers. This massive ½ lb. specialty burger comes topped with fresh cheese curds, jalapenos, a bratwurst, sautéed onions, and German brown mustard. It will fill you up for an entire day of exploring Green Bay!

ABSOLUT Packer Punch at Stadium View Bar & Restaurant

Looking to show your team spirit and quench your thirst? Try the ABSOLUT Packer Punch at Stadium View Bar & Restaurant in the Lambeau Field Stadium District. It’s bright green, refreshing, and a great way to show your love for the Pack. Pair it with their Cheese Curd Flight for the ultimate Green Bay experience. The flight includes ranch curds, bacon cheddar cube bites, and Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds with homemade buttermilk ranch dipping sauce!

Angelina’s Ristorante Autentico Italiano

If you are in the mood for some authentic Italian food, you should head to Jordan Love’s favorite local spot, Angelina’s. When he was on the Bleacher Report, he was asked to pick the best restaurant in Green Bay and he said, “My favorite restaurant is Angelina’s… great Italian food. I was just in Italy so I know what good Italian food tastes like.” You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu there, but we really like the Bucatini all' Amatriciana.

Green & Gold Flatbread at 1919 Kitchen & Tap

We like to recommend 1919 Kitchen & Tap for folks coming in to have a Lambeau Field experience because, well, it’s located right inside the Lambeau Field atrium. You can get an up close and personal view of the home stadium while enjoying delicious food, like the Green & Gold Flatbread. This entree has grilled chicken, calabrese sauce, fresh cheese curds, bacon, red onion, and avocado aioli. It’s a flavor bomb!

Tailgater Pizza at Green Bay Distillery

Go all out with the Tailgater Pizza at Green Bay Distillery. This signature pizza includes sliced bratwurst, fresh cheese curds, whiskey caramelized onions, mozzarella cheese, and fire-roasted pizza sauce. Don’t have that big of an appetite? Get a Personal Football Pizza with any toppings you like! Wash it down with a Frozen Tundra cocktail, featuring Green Bay citrus vodka, lemon-lime soda, blue curacao, and peach schnapps!

Literally Anything at Sara’s Artisan Gelato

Sara’s Artisan Gelato is a local favorite and for good reason: it’s really freaking good. And while they don’t have a “Green and Gold” flavor (yet) they are a proud partner of the Green Bay Packers, which is a really big deal. You can buy their gelato at 46 Below in the Titletown District and inside Lambeau Field at the club level. But in the off-season, it’s easiest to just visit their scoop shop in Ashwaubenon and sample the current flavors until you find one you love!
