Best Overall: Café Con Crema
Let’s kick things off with the crowd favorite! Although there were many places that got multiple votes from people both IRL and online, Café Con Crema took the top spot as the most popular brunch pick. This doesn’t come as a surprise since it was a finalist in the “Best Breakfast & Brunch” category in the 2024 Best of the Bay awards—and that’s in their first year of business!
Café Con Crema has everything you could want from brunch: waffles, omelets, French toast, crepes, pancakes, skillets, Benedicts, biscuits & gravy—you name it, they’ve got it (and then some). Locals noted not just their outstanding food but also the warm, friendly vibe and above-and-beyond service. Bonus points for reasonable wait times, plenty of parking, and portions big enough to guarantee you’ll leave with leftovers. Plus, they’re open seven days a week, making it easy to find time to gather up your crew for some pancakes!
Best Hidden Gem: Lala’s
Another new(ish) kid on the block, Lala’s Cafe in Ashwaubenon, stepped onto the brunch scene in the Fall of 2023 and has quickly gained a loyal yet under-the-radar following. Family-owned and operated, Lala’s serves up classic diner vibes with a warm and inviting community atmosphere.
“It’s a tiny little corner place, but it's phenomenal!” said Reddit user hinipulized. Plenty of locals agree, calling Lala’s “unassuming but amazing.”
Perfect for big groups, Lala’s offers fast, friendly service, daily specials, and a wide variety of menu options (try the Cherries & Crème Pancakes—trust us!). If you haven’t heard of Lala’s yet, well… now you have! You officially have no excuse not to check it out!
Best Brunch with a Twist
If you’re craving brunch with a little Southern charm, look no further than Delilah’s in the downtown district. This spot puts a Southern spin on your morning meal, and for being located in the frozen tundra, they do it well. As one local put it, “Where else can I get grits this good in Green Bay?”
The menu is packed with staples like johnny cakes, corn waffles, buttermilk biscuits, fried green tomatoes, sweet corn succotash, and more. Pro tip: you should always start things off with an order of cinnamon sugar mini donuts for the table to share.
One local Reddit user Ok-Community-8752, summed it up: “Delilah's is my fave! Breakfast and lunch with a Southern twist. Everything there is sooo good, but you have to try the lemon blueberry johnny cakes, grits and pork belly, biscuits and gravy, and the monkey bread! I could go on. 😂”
Best Bottomless Mimosas
Is it even brunch without a mimosa… or four? If you answered yes, then head over to The Creamery in downtown Green Bay!
The Creamery has been a Green Bay brunch favorite for years, thanks to its mix of classic dishes and creative twists—think eggs Benedict flights, breakfast tacos, café cocktails, and brunch burgers. But several locals agreed that what seals the deal is their SEVENTEEN flavors of bottomless mimosas. Yes, you read that right: seventeen. (That’s peach, watermelon, raspberry, grapefruit juice, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, orange juice, green apple, banana, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, cranberry juice black cherry, mixed berry, lavender, and cotton candy for anyone curious.)
Now, when they say “bottomless,” there’s a small caveat: you’re limited to ten mimosas. (Honestly, still a solid deal relative to most “bottomless” mimosa options!) Plus, if you bring at least one friend, you can tag-team your way through all seventeen flavors.
Afterward, if it’s a sunny day, take a stroll along the adjacent City Deck to enjoy the Fox River views and walk off that French toast belly.
Best Eggs Benedict
Eggs Benedict is the king of the brunch table, and those of us who can’t get enough are always on the hunt for that perfect bennie. Well, the search is over — Black Honey Hashery is where it’s at!
Reddit user teenbean12 deemed Black Honey Hashery as “My favorite place for Eggs Benedict,” while another Reddit user, Obishawn, agreed whole-heartedly: “Can’t echo this enough! They get it so perfect. The hollandaise doesn’t drown the muffins, so they stay firm and not soggy. The ham is sliced proportionately so it doesn’t overpower the egg and sauce, and the sunny-side-up eggs are cooked just right. Best of all, as you cut into it, the whole thing stays intact—even down to the last bite!”
Besides the next-level bennies, this charming spot checks all the brunch boxes: a cozy vibe with eclectic decor, fun local nods on the menu (like the Tailgater Breakfast Burrito and Chili Cheese-Head Breakfast Bowl), and an impressive coffee selection featuring unique flavors. Plus, they’re all about seasonal treats, with options like pumpkin spice or eggnog pancakes to keep things festive.
And it’s located just off the Fox River Trail near Optimist Park in De Pere, making it a perfect pitstop for some carboloading with the fam after a bike ride.
Best Classic Midwestern Brunch: Bay Family Restaurant
For nearly 70 years, Bay Family Restaurant has been a go-to spot for a good ol’ Midwestern brunch in Green Bay. Attached to the Bay Motel, this local eatery offers the homestyle staples you love with the charm of a classic Wisconsin supper club. With its long history in the area, it’s no surprise many locals have been loyal for decades. One resident shared, “Still as good as I remember when I was a kid.”
The menu is packed with everything you’d expect from a quintessential Midwestern brunch: fluffy pancakes (made from scratch using a secret family recipe), hearty omelets, loaded skillets, and more. And let’s talk Bloody Marys — they’re practically a meal in themselves, piled high with bacon, Wisconsin cheese, celery, a beef stick, pickles, and olives.
Honorable Mentions:
Best Everything on the Menu: White Dog
“I only went once for brunch and I can’t wait to go back!”
Best for Sweet Teeth: The Pancake Place
“Banana split pancakes! That’s basically dessert!”
Best Buffet: Beverly Gardens

“Bubble waffles!”
