There are some things that just taste better in the fall. Pumpkin spice, obviously (we’re ride-or-die PSL fans here at Discover Green Bay). Apple cider is also a must. And a warm, boozy drink when the weather starts getting chilly? It is Wisconsin, after all.
So where around Green Bay can you find the drinks that give you those perfect fall vibes? We asked local residents to share their seasonal sips, concoctions, and cocktails that taste like autumn in a cup.
Company Coffee
If your ideal fall morning involves a cozy coffee shop and a drink that tastes like sweater weather, Company Coffee in Suamico belongs on your list.
Tim from Green Bay gave a shoutout to two seasonal favorites: the Frosted Apple Chai and Velvet Pumpkin Cold Brew. One brings those warm apple-and-spice vibes, while the other is for pumpkin lovers who can’t put down the cold brew.
Coffee Wizardz
If you’re firmly in the PSL camp, this one deserves a spot on your fall coffee crawl. Local Reddit user duderdaisy98 kept it classic, giving the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Coffee Wizardz a recommendation.
Egg Yolk Cafe
Prefer your pumpkin with a little less heat? duderdaisy98 also recommended the Pumpkin Cold Brew at Egg Yolk Cafe. (We respect the commitment to cold coffee, no matter what the thermometer says.)

Black Honey Hashery
If you’re weary of pumpkin spice, there are other fall flavors out there for you! Pumpkin might get most of the attention this time of year, but maple deserves love, too. Reddit user butterfl1ed recommended the Maple Blondie Latte at Black Honey Hashery in De Pere.
Maple Buzz Cafe
Speaking of maple, Tabitha from Green Bay had some enthusiastic things to say about the Maple Buzz Signature Latte at Maple Buzz Cafe: “Honestly the Maple Buzz Signature Latte at Maple Buzz Cafe was like a fall hug! It's not just on their fall menu, but it's delicious and not too sweet.”
LaJava Roasting House & Cafe
Pumpkin and chai are a pretty great match and a couple of locals found their favorite at La Java. “I’ve been enjoying La Java’s pumpkin chai,” said Green Bay resident Holly. And Julia told us: “Pumpkin chai at La Java 100%.”
Kompound Cafe
Matcha fans, we haven't forgotten about you. Cassie from Green Bay recommended the Apple Pie Matcha at Kompound Cafe, sharing, “I’m a matcha enthusiast, and this is one of my favorite combos.” If you're a matcha enthusiast like Cassie, or just someone who likes trying something new, check this one out!
Belong & Brew
Get into the Halloween spirit with a drink that's as fun to look at as it is delicious. Belong & Brew, located inside You Belong, earned a shoutout from a local for its fun Halloween boba drinks. Two options to look for are the Witches Brew Bucket, made with green apple syrup, blue raspberry Lotus, and strawberry boba, and the Vampire Kiss, which combines Starry, strawberry syrup, and strawberry boba.
ComedyCity Theatre
Want a Halloween-inspired drink with a little more kick? Another local pointed us to Comedy City’s Ecto-boozer, a custom blend of citrus punch, lemonade, and blue curaçao syrup with two shots of your choice of vodka, tequila, or Malibu. And if you're skipping the alcohol, there's a non-alcoholic version, too. So you can still get in on the spooky fun without the spirits. (Well, without those spirits, anyway.)
Cardinal’s Crest Rooftop Gastro Pub
For something a little cozier, head to Cardinal’s Crest, the bar inside Legacy Hotel. Reddit user Ashamed-Pain2009 had some love for the bar's hot toddies, noting that the hotel offered hot boozy drinks, including a hot toddy, last year. “I wish more places had warm drinks!” they added.
Eddie Whipp’s
If your fall drink preferences lean more toward cocktails than coffee, local Reddit user woofan11k has a recommendation: the Apple Cider Old Fashioned at Eddie Whipp’s.
It's a seasonal twist on a Wisconsin cocktail staple that brings apple cider into the mix for a little extra autumn flavor. Another Reddit user, kylesayshigh, was so intrigued that they commented, “Headed there tonight and will report back 🫡”
We appreciate the dedication to local research. Looking forward to the full report!
Badger State Brewing
One local had a clear favorite when it came to alcoholic fall drinks: the Apple Cider Donut at Badger State Brewing Company. Apple cider donuts are already one of the best things about autumn, so a drink inspired by them sounds like a pretty excellent way to celebrate the season.
Misty Ridge Orchard
For a more traditional fall treat, this blogger has to give a shoutout to Misty Ridge Orchard in De Pere. In my humble opinion, you really can't go wrong with a classic apple cider, and Misty Ridge is my personal favorite. (Plus it gives me a good excuse to pick up the BEST apple cider donuts in the area, too.)
