A lot goes into making your exhibit stand out to event attendees. You've got a lot on your plate, and we're sure you have questions. Some of the most common questions we get are answered below. Where can I load in and out for my upcoming event?

The KI Convention Center features two loading bays with easy street-level access on Elm Street. The loading bays contain 16’ x 16’ overhead doors for easy load in and load out.

Where is parking for the KI Convention Center? Is there accessible parking?

Lot parking is available at Hyatt Regency Green Bay at the following rates:

0–20 Minutes - Complimentary
21–60 Minutes - $1.00
Over 60 Minutes - $1.00 per hour (Registered hotel guests pay a max $10.00 per every 24 hours)
Non-registered hotel guests will pay $1.00 per hour with no maximum

Please be advised that during high occupancy dates, overflow parking is available in the parking structure across the street at the Main Street Ramp. A skywalk on the second level brings you across the street into Hyatt Regency Green Bay and the KI Convention Center.

Accessible parking is available in the Hyatt Regency Green Bay parking lot.

What audio/visual services does the KI Convention Center provide?

The KI Convention Center has an on-site AV company. An on-site sound system, PA system, telephone, high-speed and wireless internet access, video and cable TV access, and satellite up-linking capabilities are also available.

What kind of Internet access is available at the KI Convention Center?

High-speed and wireless Internet access is available throughout the convention center.

Will food and beverages be available throughout the day?

Catering is available through the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. If catering is not included in your event, feel free to stop into Pub 333, which is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. Pub 333 offers a full lunch and dinner menu. Selective Starbucks® beverages and grab-and-go items are available at The Market, also located in the Hyatt lobby on Main.
