Another family- oriented festival on Broadway where winter-style activities will take place in the afternoon. There will be ice sculptures, sled dogs, and anything else to represent the season that so many Wisconsinites get out to enjoy.

This event will warm the family with many activities on the outdoor streets of the Broadway District that will remind you winter’s not that bad, and summer is right around the corner.
