The Children’s Museum of Green Bay
New location near Bay Beach Amusement Park!
If you're traveling to Green Bay with your family, The Children’s Museum of Green Bay is a must-visit destination. Kids will love the hands on fun and learning on exhibits designed specifically for their excited little minds to be stimulated!
If your kids have dreams of playing professional football and Lambeau Leaping into a crowd of screaming fans, check out the Get Up & Get Moving exhibit. They'll work on coordination by running, jumping, and kicking; explore the muscle groups throughout their body; try on a Packers uniform and why the protective gear of a football player is important; and learn the benefits of being active.
The Digestive System is another popular exhibit. You are the food and will work your way through the body to learn what happens to food as you eat it. Head to the Vet Clinic to tend to the animals who need a doctor, read actual x-rays and look at samples under a microscope, and how to care for your pets at home. Get greasy at the Gandrud Auto Group Garage. Young mechanics will learn how to assemble and take apart a car. Cooperation skills are important to get some of the jobs of a mechanic done well and safely.

The Children’s Museum has a wide variety of workshops and programs. Kids love special ongoing events like Building Literacy with LEGOS, Science Saturdays, Recycled Art Studio and Wee One Hour. The museum offers a Sensory Friendly Night several times a year for children with sensory issues and their families. The museum will be closed to the general public to reduce crowd size and will have altered lighting and sound modification as well as special sensory activities and a cool down area. The Children’s Museum of Green Bay strives to ensure all children who visit feel inspired while playing and exploring the facility.
