The Cannery Public Market
The Cannery Public Market takes the farm-to-table movement to heart. The Pagel Family, owners of The Cannery, are also the owners of Pagel’s Ponderosa Dairy Farm located less than half an hour from the public market. The Pagels are lifelong farmers and longtime advocates of local food. Much of what you see, smell and taste during a visit to The Cannery will be made from natural, local ingredients.
There are two sections of The Cannery: the restaurant and the market and deli. The market is full of wholesome and natural ingredients. Every item has been hand-selected for people who appreciate the quality and flavor of natural and organic food. The chef-prepared meals are ready to take out and serve but are without any preservatives. You can choose from a variety of sandwiches, salads and soups prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients. The Wisconsin cheese is made with fresh milk from farms within half an hour of Green Bay.
The restaurant takes the same natural approach to preparing and cooking the meals at this sit-down dining venue located in the same building as the Titletown Brewery Tap Room. All the meat is raised naturally and hormone free. There are plenty of beef, chicken, pork and seafood options. The fruits and vegetables are locally grown as the seasons allow. Even the craft beer and cocktails from the full bar utilize as many local products as possible.
