Noble Roots Brewing Company
Noble Roots Brewing Company--like many contemporary craft breweries--can trace its origin to a kitchen stove and a stockpot. Those first forays into homebrewing in 2009 sparked a passion for crafting beers that moved them from five-gallon batches in the kitchen to a half-barrel system in the garage. ‘Brew nights’ were--and continue to be--a family affair. The feedback, support, and recognition of friends and the local brewing community pushed them to take the next step and found the brewery.
This east side brewery has a beautiful taproom with a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to have a beer any time of the year, and on a warm evening you can sip your beer on the outdoor patio or enjoy the fresh air in the taproom with the large ‘garage door’ open.
While still a new brewery on the scene, Noble Roots boasts an impressive slate of ales; including the citrusy Noble Roots IPA, the decadent Midnight Confection chocolate stout, and the fan favorite Blonde Belgian, among others. The brewery also puts out seasonal beers, and they recently introduced the Garage Series, through which they release very small batch experimental beers.
Noble Roots is proud to be a neighborhood brewery with delicious, approachable beer, a relaxed atmosphere and a homey feel. When you come in for a pint, the Noble Roots crew will welcome you into the family.
