Nicky’s Lionhead Restaurant
Nicky’s is reminiscent of an old English pub with intricate woodwork on the ceilings and bar, exposed brick walls, stained glass windows, and lion heads throughout; yet there is still a cozy Northern Wisconsin feel to it serving American cuisine for lunch and dinner of steak, burgers, sandwiches, and pizza. Of course you’ll also find on the Friday night menu a traditional fish fry. Don’t forget to try the delicious gumbo, either!
This two story bar was often visited by Packer players during the early 1980’s training camps held at St. Norbert College. Offering a lengthy listing of imported and domestic beers both bottled and on tap is sure to impress the exploring beer lover. You can also enjoy hand crafted classic or contemporary cocktails.
Nicky’s Lionhead Tavern is located in the heart of De Pere on Main Avenue just a short walk from the campus of St. Norbert College. De Pere is the charming town south of Green Bay. This area is bustling with shops to check out on either side of dining or drinking at Nicky’s.
