Let Me Be Frank Productions
Let Me Be Frank Productions has been entertaining Northeast Wisconsin for over 16 years. The comedy troupe is led by Frank Hermans, a local musician and comedy writer. Frank has been awarded Green Bay’s “Best of the Bay” award in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014 for his musical talents. Frank’s troupe moved to their current location inside the historic Meyer Theater in 2007. They perform all-original musicals with a sense of humor that will have you wowing at the talent and laughing in the aisle. To date, Let Me Be Frank Productions has created over 86 shows, but they show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
Let Me Be Frank typically puts on about eight shows per year, plus their incredibly popular Christmas show, which changes each year. Show themes revolve around a popular Wisconsin landmark or tradition, set in a specific time period. The all-too-familiar fashion tributes, musical stylings, and childhood memories will transport you and fill you with delight. However, you don’t need to be familiar with Wisconsin customs to find the shows enjoyable. The talented writing and acting ensures that the entire audience will be in on the joke.
Frank also performs tribute shows along with members of his cast. Frank’s Tribute shows are unlike any other tribute review. The talented cast examines the humorous side of popular artists from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, such as Elvis, Reba, Yakkov Smirnoff, Gallagher, Neil Sedaka, Cher, Brenda Lee, Barbara Streisand, Dusty Springfield, Neil Diamond and Janis Joplin. Frank’s Tribute will leave you amazed at the uncanny likenesses and enormously entertained! Look for these shows throughout the Greater Green Bay area.
