Travel Protection:

The Green Bay Area Visitor & Convention Bureau, d/b/a/ Packer Country Visitor and Convention Bureau (PCVCB) is able to negotiate low costs for products purchased because all purchases are "FINAL."

At the point-of-sale, credit cards will be immediately charged for the full purchase price. However, the PCVCB understands that unexpected situations can and do arise. Therefore, the PCVCB suggests the purchase of its Travel Protection Option, which must be purchased at the point-of-sale.

The Travel Protection Option allows a refund(s) should circumstances prevent usage of the package purchased. If the Travel Protection Option is purchased and cancellation is necessary the PCVCB must be notified no later than 9am Central Standard Time on the day of arrival to receive a full refund, excluding the cost of the Travel Protection Option.

The Travel Protection Option does not apply to "NO SHOW" situations. Notification must be made via e-mail at jason@packercountry.com, by telephone at (920) 405-1266 or at 1-888-867-3342 when out of the (920) area code, or by fax at (920) 494-9229. Requests will be acknowledged the next working day and refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the request.

Even though all purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable without the purchase of the Travel Protection Option, package purchases are transferable. Should the need to transfer a package to another person arise, please notify the PCVCB as soon as possible at the above numbers. PCVCB will do everything reasonable to make the necessary accommodation changes.

Guarantee Policies:
When you stay in a Packer Country accommodation, you get more than a key to the room, you receive our guarantee of satisfaction, backed by the Packer Country Visitor and Convention Bureau. Participating Packer Country hotel-motel members pledge to provide outstanding customer service. If you have a concern about your room or any other service, contact the hotel's-motel's front desk immediately. The manager on duty will address your concern. In the unlikely event that your needs are not met, simply state your concern and date(s) of your stay in a letter to: Brad Toll, President, PCVCB, 1901 S. Oneida Street, P.O. We are so committed to providing outstanding customer service that if a participating Packer Country hotel-motel does not meet your satisfaction, you will receive a check to you for the amount you paid for your room, including taxes. Just look for the Packer Country “Sports & Ports” symbol. It's more than a sign. It's our welcome and promise to you.

Waivers:
The user(s) (you) are bound by the terms and conditions that follow and all applicable laws and regulations regarding this web site when using and/or purchasing from the "Packer Country Best Deal Getaways!" web site. If all terms and conditions are not met by all parties involved, the PCVCB has the right to prohibit anyone from using the web site, cancel any orders and/or take legal action against any user(s). Pricing:
Overnight package pricing is an inclusive rate that consists of Wisconsin state taxes, hotel-motel taxes, and any additional fees relating to the purchase from this web site. Individual(s) that purchase an overnight package are responsible for all additional hotel-motel incidentals which are, but not limited to, roll-a-ways, telephone calls, in-room movies, room upgrades, business center charges, laundry services, safe deposits, non-complimentary breakfast, etc. Upon arrival at the selected hotel-motel, the individual(s) will be asked to show a major credit card for incidental purposes.

Age Requirements:
You must be 21 to purchase a package from this site, and may be asked to produce proper identification upon check-in to your hotel. All packages purchased are non-refundable.

Privacy:
Basic usage information (i.p. address, etc) is collected from all visitors to the " Packer Country Best Deal Getaways!" web site. This data is used to help manage and improve the web site. Information collected this way will not be used to market to the specific individual(s), but will be used to help the PCVCB get a wide grasp of who its visitors are and to possibly market to these groups. This information will not be relayed to any third parties without your consent. Information collected during a purchase may be used for marketing purposes. The individual(s) may also receive information or special purchase offers based on what was previously ordered. The purchaser(s) upon receipt can opt out of any further notices. All transactions are carried out on a secure server and data is password protected. A limited number of employees will have access to the sensitive data collected.
